HOW TO BOOK
Booking can be made by telephone between Monday to Friday on 01923-202390 or 07979036657 or e-mail julianne@jepeca.com or through our website www.jepeca.com. In the event that we are unable to take your call, please leave a message with your name and a return number, or e-mail. Our aim is to get back to you in within 12hrs.
SESSION CONFIRMATION
We aim to confirm your session within 24 hours of you making a booking. If you do not hear from us within a working week or within 48 hours of your session please contact our office on: 01923-202390.
CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFER
If a client requests a transfer to an alternative session slot and the request is received within 48 hours of the original session time there will be no fee. If a client fails to attend the session without giving 48 hours notice the client will be paying the full session cost.
CANCELLATION BY JEPECA
Jepeca Ltd. reserves the right to refuse treatment to any individual without reason. Due to the obvious fact that we are dealing with human behaviour we are unable to give any guarantees that we will be successful but we will do our best to help you achieve the results that you want.
Timescale
Changes can happen quite quickly, often within the first or second session, although a little more time might be needed to explore more difficult and complex issues. My outcome is always to assist in making these changes as quickly as is appropriate.
DATA
When you book, all personal data provided to us will be used in accordance with data protection laws and our privacy policy. We will not pass any client details to any third party for any marketing or promotional use. Some general details of individual work (leaving out or changing any identifiable information) may also be used for assisting others, case reports, supervision, research, training, and professional publications.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of your appointment or in the case of addictions, phone coaching, e-mails coaching - you may be required to pay in advance. Payment is always to be made in £’s Stirling. Payment can be made by cash or by cheque when accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card and only up to the limit on the card. We are also able to accept the following payment by any of the cards below via PayPal. If for any reason you are unable to make payment on the day of your appointment a £20 administration charge may be added to our fees. Organisational invoices to be paid in full within 30 days.
UNFORSEEN EVENTS
We are entitled to delay or reduce the level and/or scope of service(s) (including session materials) if we are prevented from or hindered or delayed in obtaining or delivering the services (including session materials) as a result of any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
